RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Seattle, Washington (WA). The Cloud Services Team needs an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with Product Management to play the Scrum Product Owner role in defining and implementing processes that convert business-level objectives to functional requirements that are measurable, testable, and defined to a level of details sufficient for system design. Our clients Cloud Services Team is part of their internal hosting services organization and is responsible for cloud initiatives, both public and private. Our group manages a platform that interacts with Openstack, VMWare, and AWS to provide on-demand virtual servers, storage, and networking for use internal software and system engineers. Job Responsibilities Work with product stake holders to translate their vision into well defined requirements in an AgileScrum development process - 50 Help establish a best-practices work-flow for information flowing through our development pipeline -20 Work closely with product stake holders and Scrum Masters in adopting the processes -20 Create ample documentation in support of the defined processes- 10 REQUIREMENTS 5-8 years experience working with various organizations as a Business Analyst Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC processes (Waterfall and Agile) Certificate of Competence in Business Analysis (CCBA), Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified BA Professional (CBAP) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Skills Required Communicates complex ideas effectively with stakeholders of varying position in the organization Works with efficiency and attention to detail - independently or as part of a virtual team Manages tasks by priority, delivers results on time, escalates before blocking issues impact deadlines Gains commitment by quantifying and communicating business value to stakeholders Facilitates conversations and working sessions to understand business needs and pain points Writes user stories that are actionable by a development team and with acceptance criteria that both satisfy the business requirements and demonstrate the testability of code developed Writes detailed, easy-to-follow documentation in support of defined processes...

Ensure that the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional working environment. The Security Specialist reports to the Security Supervisor.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions - Must have excellent customer service skills! - Patrol assigned post on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activity - Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions which might endanger client, its associates or public safety, including fires, evacuations, hazardous situations, or other facility related events; provide back up to client personnel as needed - Ensure that daily administrative documentation is kept concise and complete at all times; maintain all daily assigned equipment in functional and presentable condition - Respond to all requests for assistance relayed by Supervisor or client; complete various company or client assignments as required; submit reports to superior officer - Investigate security related accidents/incidents, interview witnesses, complaints, and victims; responsible for gathering physical evidence and preserving it for future use; complete report and follow up with management as needed - Responsible for ensuring that all employees, suppliers, and visitors on company property have proper company issued identification - Ensure that the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment - Responsibilities include crowd control and assisting Police Department/Fire Department/EMS or other officials during these processes; maintain control at traffic accidents, assist victims, and investigate causesAdditional Job Functions - Perform other related duties as requiredRequirements - High School diploma (or GED) required or any equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and/or experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position - Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certifications; Guard card training will be provided - Site specific training will need to be completed within the first thirty days unless otherwise stated based on client or assignment of position - Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained at all times while in uniform - Mature, and professional individuals that can give a high level of customer service - Must be able to work any shift, and multiple shifts - Must be able to climb stairs, sit and/or stand for long periods of time - Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs - Can handle a high level of competency regarding administrative and data entry tasks - Basic computer skills - Must be able and willing to work with minimal supervision - Can handle stressful situations and emergenciesWhat we can offer:• $15.50/hr • Health, Dental and Vision benefits, plus access to dependent coverage and a variety of other benefits for Full Time employees • Eligibility to contribute to a 401k Plan after the first year of employment for Full Time employees • Paid Time Off (PTO)/Paid Sick and Safe Time. • A dynamic and challenging work environmentSecurity Industry Specialists Private Security Guard Company #729 Private Investigative Agency #1760...
